Sing me a song, youre a singer
Do me a wrong, youre a bringer of evil
The devil is never a maker
The less that you give, youre a taker
So its on and on and on, its heaven and hell, oh well
The lover of lifes not a sinner
The ending is just a beginner
The closer you get to the meaningThe sooner youll know that youre dreaming
So its on and on and on, oh its on and on and on
It goes on and on and on, heaven and hell
I can tell, fool, fool!
Well if it seems to be real, its illusion
For every moment of truth, theres confusion in life
Love can be seen as the answer, but nobody bleeds for the dancer
And its on and on, on and on and on....
They say that lifes a carousel
Spinning fast, youve got to ride it well
The world is full of kings and queens
Who blind your eyes and steal your dreams
Its heaven and hell, oh well
And theyll tell you black is really white
The moon is just the sun at night
And when you walk in golden halls
You get to keep the gold that falls
Its heaven and hell, oh no!Fool, fool!Youve got to bleed for the dancer!
Fool, fool!Look for the answer!Fool, fool, fool!

My ideas on Heaven and Hell.
In life you get many opportunities to make choices. Whatever you do or choose there will probably be one or more people who will be affected positively or negatively by your choice. In a quick sentence this means there is good and bad in everything. The song Heaven and Hell written by Black Sabbath was released in 1980 on the album called Heaven and Hell. The song talks about how sometimes things can be very different than how you think they are. When I listen to this song I hear it as mostly as a metaphor. I can relate this song to society and myself.
When I listen to the chorus there is a part in it that says, “It goes on, and on, and on its heaven and hell”. I think this has allot to do with daily life and myself. To me this means there is good and bad in everything. My evidence is if you get premoted at work it probably means the person who had the job before you left, got fired or just quit and you had the skills to fill the job. In that occasion something good happened to you and something band probably happened to someone else.
In the seconded to last verse it talks about society. It says “life is a carousel, spinning fast you have to ride it well. The world is full of kings and queens who will blind your eyes and steal your dreams.” To me this means life moves fast and if you don’t pay attention and have fun you will be lost and not happy with you are. The seconded sentence means to me that there will always be someone or something that is very powerful (the news paper, or political leaders ext.) that will try to make you lose your inner self and persuade you to do whatever they say. I will always want to remember this because it is the way I want to live life, having fun and not letting me lose my inner self.
In the last verse it talks about something that I will remember my whole life, it may be one of the most important things to remember when living. The verse says “they’ll tell you black is really white, the moon is just the sun at night…” To me this means it is important to think of the funny, odd, and impossible. If you live life always in reality, the funny, odd, and impossible will be a big joke to you and you will lose your imagination and have no fun.
Finally I thank you for reading my thoughts on the song Heaven and Hell. I hope you have learned something. Always remember to listen to at least listen to one good song a week otherwise you mite lose your sense of humor or imaginative ideas.

Black Sabbath Bio *finally finshed
Black Sabbath is a band that helped metal music spread around the globe. So many people know them because they were one of the few big metal bands that contributed to the up rising of metal. My favorite song by them is Heaven and Hell. I think metal was first seen in the middle ages. In the middle ages they had something that was called the tri-note, it was a sound of satin. Black Sabbath has a song that is called Black Sabbath and it uses that note. metal bands use tri-notes and made it become a symbol of metal. Metal bands used the tri-note to not become the popular band but to let outsiders come together and form one big group of fans. When metal was still not as popular as punk Black Sabbath showed people what metal was about. After they became more popular more metal bands started to pop up around the world. There are allot of different eras of Black Sabbath, in the beginning there was Ozzy Osborn, Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler, and Bill Ward. This biography will mostly be about Black Sabbath in 1979, The rise of Sabbath with Dio.
Dio has his own solo band, he was also in Rain Bow at one time. In 1979 Ronnie James Dio came into the band replacing Ozzy Osborn. There are a lot of different rumors about why Ozzy left. Some say he got fired, and others say he just left. In 1979 the band line up was Ronnie on vocals, Tony on guitar, Geezer on bass and Bill on drums. Vinny Appice has played with John Lennon, and Rick Derringer. In 1982 Vinny came in to the band replacing Bill Ward. In between 1980-1980 Black Sabbath only released one album with Bill Ward, Heaven And Hell. With Vinny Appice they released Dehumanizer, and Mob Rules. Heaven And Hell, Dehumanizer, and Mob Rules were they're most famous albums. Since the day they could play, the band members have always been in other bands. The band members had to start in garage bands, that means they started out small and worked their way to fame. They're lyrics is mostly about the end of the world, with a medieval twist or religion.
The sound of black sabbath never really changed. It may have changed a little when a new singer came in to the band but over all the music never changed. Their inspiration is the version of Black Sabbath that came before them because it made them not want to change the bands over all stile. Any song righter who was in the band tried to make his songs sound like the righter that came before them. The band is like a club if they needed a singer and you were interested you signed up.
Dio once did a tour with Black Sabbath but left half way in to the tour because he knew ozzy was coming back. I don't know why he left but when he did Rob Halford took over and finished the tour. They made people think they were satanists by the lyrics of their songs but they really were not. Tony Iommi got the tips of his fingers cut off on one hand the day before the went pro. and he got things to put on his finges and kept playing, he is a inspirational guitar player for allot of people. Black Sabbath has been around for a long time and they are going strong. I hope they will be around for many more years to come.
